To be brutally honest, i think your work is only average. We know of many students like you who have come with advanced diplomas entering third year. Some have passed, and so have some failed.
Yes, and to say that there'll be many students with standards you can only hope to compete with.
But we're going to be liberal and give you the choice instead. First year or third year. Sleep on it and come back to David in the morning.
